Rosalene and Dr. Watts have a strange job: They give people another chance at life, right from the start… but only on the heads of their patients.

Due to the severity of the operation, new life is the last thing the patient remembers before taking his last breath. Thus, operations are simply performed for people on their deathbed, to fulfill what they wish they had done with their lives, but are not getting done.

Finding Paradise is the 2nd full-length episode of the To the Moon series. It follows the life of the doctor's new patient, Colin, as they try to unravel the life that was torn apart down the middle, and fulfill wishes that seem self-contradictory.
